Shipping and Refund Policy

Sometimes you have to return things. We get it. You can return our Wireless Lounge Bras, as long as the product is unworn, unwashed, and the Behave shoulder tag is still attached. Part of being considered "unworn" is that the product must not have odor or perfume smell.

- We offer returns/exchanges from 14 days from the date the item is shipped.  

- We do not accept returns on The Flossy or Cheeky panties (for obvious reasons).

- There is a $5 Shipping + Handling deduction for any returns to cover a portion of the return shipping

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

To start a return, go to Returns at the bottom of the page. You'll can start the return process and print a free shipping label to send back any unworn items. We use the good old US Postal service for all shipping, so you can drop off your item at your nearest post office or even your mailbox with the flag up.

 - We cannot process a return unless you use the shipping label we provide in the returns process. Our facility cannot magically figure out who you are and what your order is without that label, but we totally would if we could!

- When we receive the return, we'll process it within 7-10 days and issue you a refund or a response on why it is not excepted. 

Behave is not responsible for mislabeled or missing return packages. But if you have any unforeseen issues (like your dog eats your bra or your bra magically implodes), please email our Mom Squad ladies @momsquad@behavebras.com who are here to chat and to help out in any way they can.
